Thanks For Your Information

This information is essential in order that we can provide you top quality Podiatric care. Please read the following important information about your visit to clinic.

Other Important Information ABout Visiting Us

What To Wear

A pair of shorts/ stretchy leggings so that we can examine the whole limb (shorts preferable to skirts). Often your examination will include lying and having us rotation your hips in a flexed up position.
Shoes that you commonly wear (work/ sport/ casual wear)

Please bring pairs of SPORTS SHOES as we may mutually decide to perform a Video Gait Analysis.

Medication list and other important details

List of any medications/ previous investigation results/ exercises prescribed previously.

Car Parking

We recommend the Guildhall Shopping Centre Car Park.
It is open every day from 7.00am – midnight.

We do not recommend the Pay and Display Car Park directly in front of the clinic building. They operate a strict policing of tickets and will issue a penalty if you run over the time.

Remind me your cancellation policy

All appointments not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged. We have no option but to enforce this strictly as a cancelled appointment currently takes nearly 1/2 a day of clinic time.

Where are your fees listed
What forms of Payment are accepted?

Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Bank Transfers are accepted

I am insured

Check with your insurance provider what part of our fees are covered. We will bill you and take payment in the normal way. You can then recover your Insurance claim from your provider.

How do I get the most out of my treatment

Read all documentation included with your personalised treatment plan and follow your Podiatrist’s advices fully. It is often necessary to be patient and weeks and months are more realistic time frames for chronic musculoskeletal thereapies.

About Our Services

COVID 19 & Your Visit

COVID19:

If you or someone in your family experience a fever, coughs, cold like and/ or any other symptoms associated with COVID19 – please do not attend our clinic.

We are taking all necessary steps to keep the clinic clean and sterile and we leave plenty of time between patients to avoid cross infection. Please be assured that all treatment couches, door handles, taps, loos and other surfaces will have been cleaned thoroughly between patients and before your visit.

Please attend alone if possible and children should be accompanied by 1 adult only. Any patient requiring a chaperone will be asked to delay their visit to us and seek NHS advice at this time to limit the number of people entering the clinic.

During COVID19 we also reserve the right to only provide remote consultation to some patients. This will be decided individually and within rules and regulations laid down by the College of Podiatry.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN.

+++IT IMPORTANT THAT THE PODIATRIST HAS ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION ON THIS FORM IN ADVANCE OF CONSULTATION.+++
